Extra Easy, Red or Green


I'm new to SW and had my first WI today. 2.5lb so pretty chuffed. Members at my group mentioned they felt like they were cheating when they did extra easy as they were used to red and green.
Would be a real help to find which plan is easiest to lose weigh on. I only have a stone to lose and I know I'm being impatient and dont believe in quick fixes, but any advice would be much appreciated :)

That depends on your lifestyle and what you like to eat. All the plans work and help you lose weight but the best one for you will be the one that fits best with your life. It will be easier to stick with in the long-term, both while you are losing weight but also for the rest of your life when maintaining.
Each plan works if you stick to it.

For me - the plan that works best for my life style is red days - But i don't just have red days, I have green days when pasta takes my fancy.

Alot of members here have EE as it suits them better, others green & again others red - it really is a lifestyle thing :)
Thanks all...I'm struggling to plan lunches for my red days. Green suits me great because I have a box of pasta for my lunch.
I work in an office with Microwave, so Jacket potatoes are also easy.
What does everyone have for their Red packed lunches??

If you search red day lunches there are tons of ideas but some of my favs are:
Bacon and Veg Quiche
Salmon Salad
Tuna Niscoise
Ham and Cheese Toastie
Pitta Pizza
Leftovers: Chilli, Bolognese with Veg, Curry and Veg
SW Scotch Eggs

As a slimming world old school type....i still cant believe EE's would work so as im an old stick in the mud i do mainly green days and red when i fancy some meat.
I will have to give the EE a go soon though....maybe just for a week to prove myself wrong!!

i havnt changed from extra easy since i started but i will be starting off a green week as of tomorrow :D
I do mostly green but with some extra easy, I don't seem to feel full on red days and feel too bloated with all the meat but thats just me!
I think it depends on you and your tastes and lifestyle. I understand extra easy works if you do it properly....ensuring that you have plenty of superfree foods with your meals etc
