I'm new to SW and had my first WI today. 2.5lb so pretty chuffed. Members at my group mentioned they felt like they were cheating when they did extra easy as they were used to red and green.
Would be a real help to find which plan is easiest to lose weigh on. I only have a stone to lose and I know I'm being impatient and dont believe in quick fixes, but any advice would be much appreciated
