I've been having an up and down time of it. Good weight loss last week then put nearly all of it back on this week due to eating out for most of the week. I want to try EE SP this week to give me a boost again. I have tried red/original days in the past and I always seem to be hungry and never really had great weight losses. I REALLY like my carbs and most of the fruit I reach for is bananas and grapes (I also have 2 massive punnets of bluberries in the fridge :sigh so this will be a struggle for me but if it's going to work...... Anyone got any top tips to get me through it? I have planned a weeks menu (and struggled not to add carbs) so all set to go.
