hi all seasoned sp-ers!!

Can I have potato on an sp day or is it strictly off limits? I want to make the 1 syn corned beef pasties and there’s potato in them, please? Pretty please ?

No, SP is speed and protein.

You can have healthy extras and syns as normal (to my knowledge.

You can have 2 healthy extra B's on an SP day.

Maybe make a "calzone"...ill try and find recipe...

I would probably drop the sweetcorn as I dont think thats speed, but everything else should be okay as long as you have your cheese as HEA or syn accordingly.

You could add a bit of chilli flakes or actual chilli to liven it up...or put some ham in too.
