Extra Easy vs Original and Green?

To be honest, I prefer Green as you get more healthy extras. You only get 2 on Extra Easy.

I am back on the boards after a years break, i have done Extra Easy always and lost 6.5 stones in 8 months, due to ill health in my immediate family i was off plan for 10 months and i put 3 stone back on, i sarted again just over 3 weeks ago on extra easy again and have lost 1 st 1lb, so for me personally extra easy all the way. I find this plan very simple to follow. x
