Oh my...well time to draw a line over the past 2 weeks :)

If you are doing EE the pita bread (Asda wheat one) you can use as a HEB. Also you can have any of those above on EE without having to syn them if you use all free/superfree foods and stick to the 1/3 of plate Veg rule.
