have went really off track past 2 weeks did not weigh in last week due to valentines and i hav ate nothing but chocolate! i know ill hav the 4 and half back on that i lost! and more! plesae everyone give me ideas on things to bring into work for lunch and tea im a nurse so has to b handy!thank you x

Some lunch ideas you may be able to take or heat up at work again:
Pita bread filled with chicken/hummus/lettuce/tomatoe/cucumber
Mini Quiches
Pasta/Crabstick Salad
Stuffed Baked Potatoe
Veg/Quorn Lasagna
Peri Peri Chicken Breast with Refried Beans and Side Salad
Tandoori Chicken Nibblets with Rice and Side Salad
 
o u have done so well, what kinds of syns values hav they?like pitta pockets but thought they wer quite high?i am doing the exttra easy are you?
 
If you are doing EE the pita bread (Asda wheat one) you can use as a HEB. Also you can have any of those above on EE without having to syn them if you use all free/superfree foods and stick to the 1/3 of plate Veg rule.
