Extra help to keep going

So I started SW again on the 06/06/12 and so far so good, I have been keeping a food diary (i think i may have been writting it in he wrong place!) for 3 days before spending the last 3 days in bed as I had tonsillitis which I am sure did wonders for my weight loss as I haven't been able to eat anything for 3 days!
As I am starting to feel better, the cravings are coming back and my mind is full of food!!
As of tomorrow I will start psting my food diaries on here and would appreciate your comments/help....

EE day:

Muller light + banana + black coffee & sweetener.

Couscous + king prawns + peppers (red & yellow) + onions + courgette + nectarine + plum

2 crackerbreads (HeB) + 2 laughing cow light (HeA)

2 mugshots + plums + nectarine

Loads of water + black coffee and mint tea

1 hour of Bokwa.
 
EE day:

Paella (rice, king prawns, chicken, onion, peppers, peas & green beens) + plums

2 crackerbreads (HeB) + 2 laughing cow light (HeA) + 2 plums

Extra lean pork steak + boiled potatoes + green beans + carrots + onions + gravy (3.5 syns).

I'm very dissapointed in myself this morning! We went to a wedding yesterday and all i did was eat and drink so i have more than likely wasted all my efforts for this week and will no doubt end up with a gain on week 2!
All i can do is get straight back into it and see if i can at least end up with a "maintain"!
