Extra Protein

My cdc advised me to have a chicken salad before a hockey match as I would need something extra but I really don't fancy that for breakfast as my game is in the morning - would an egg throw me out of ketosis or can anyone suggest anything else or else I'll have to stick with an extra milkshake (I'm trying to find an excuse to eat something here I think :D)

If not have your shake before the game and save the chicken/tuna/cottqage cheese salad until after the game.
