Extra tasty chicken SW style - Help!

hi guys

i want to do a full chicken roast today, but wondered if anyone had any ideas on what i could use to put under the skin to make it extra tasty that isnt high syn that will also make it moist and nice?

I'd say use a load of your fav herbs and then put rashers of bacon over the top. The bacon means you get that lovely herby bacon flavour and its the bacon the dries out, NOT the chicken. xxx

You could also try stuffing some slices of lemon under the skin, along with some herbs. Tarragon in particular is very nice with chicken xx
