I have heard that the CD book has missed some things out that you can have on SS+, and there are also various posts on this board about extra things you can have on SS+.

Can a CDC put on here things that you are allowed on SS+ that are not in the book ?

    Thanks.

I can have mushrooms on ss+ (brilliant!) can I have onions? My CDC mentioned onions at my last WI but then she was talking all about 'green' foods and onions aren't green?!

Onions? oh no....doubt it. Too much sugar. Think how sweet onions are when you cook them!

    Thanks Nicole :)

BTW, I'm sure I saw a post mentioning that if I don't have my milk allowance during the day I could possibly make up a 'curry' sauce with some fat free yoghurt.... does anyone have the recipe and how much I could eat?

Not the foggiest about that one Banafell.....

If I took a stab in the dark...if it's allowed...it would be the calorie equivalent of the 200mls of skimmed milk so...65ish calories.

No idea what that would be in fat free, plain yoghurt.
