So I thought I could get the last stone of with weight watchers. I've been on weight watchers for two weeks and have stayed the same weight so I'm back again to just lose the final stone on exante and then maintain with weight watchers
Don't think of it as failure, think of it as practice for when you're maintaining because actually, staying the same really isn't that bad, especially when you don't have that much to lose. Shows you'll be able to keep it off.
