I've tried so many times over the past 3 months to get back on this diet knowing it works and is the only thing that will get me to my goal before the start of my football season (that's my goal). So why do I get to day 3 or 4 and gone through the hardest part and end up failing :(

So this time i've taken extreme measures!! I live on my own and so there is no food in the house just products. But this is where I've gone extreme - I've given all my cards (debit and credit) to my mum so I can't buy anything at all.

So i'm now sat here with a really bad headache and hunger and thinking am I crazy to have done that - or is it just needs must?!? Has anyone else ever done something similar or just as extreme?

If I had been living alone it is exactly what i would have done but I live with my OH andlittle boy so it made it difficult but in my first week we had none of my trigger foods in at all, I cleared them all out, all we had in was the stuff that they eat that I don't like and I was left with just enough money for what I needed each day by the OH so I couldn't spend any! x
