Fallen off the wagon badly!!!

    since i weighed in last thursday i decided to have the day off, as i had been so good for 3 weeks.
    well i have not got back on and i really need some help. im losing all motivation even though i know it works. My goal date is getting so close and that wedding dress is never gonna fit at this rate.

    Please someone help me find my way back xx

    dont give up now. you can do this. draw a line under it and start again. we all have our bad days and bad weeks/months but we need to move on or get back to where we were when we first started and maybe even gain more and none of us want that!!
    so sort yourself out and get back on track. you can do this :grouphugg:
