Extra Easy Fallen off the wagon...getting back on it NOW!!

So I've missed my last two weigh ins after putting on 4 lbs and a hard few weeks it is time to face to music and get firmly back on that wagon.
Im off on my holidays in two weeks so I need to do as best as I can to shift my jelly belly!
Any tips on sticking with it on a budget will be much appreciated!! :D

Today
B: Toast (HE+Sunflower spread 5 syns)
Snack: Strawberrys
L: Tuna Salad & snack-a-jacks (5.5 syns) one thorntons chocolate (2 syns)
D: Mini Cottage pies (Using cheese as HE)
Pud: Muller yog and Jelly (2 syns)

Any pasta dish is another cheap meal! You could also do stuff with rice!
Buy cheaper cuts of meat and cook them in a casserole. I also buy frozen fruits rather than fresh, as they last longer..the same with veg.
Im on a tight budget and I manage!
