Family and Friend get together what shall i do?

Hi Guys,

We are having a late engagement get together for friends and family.
I am at my mums for a few days so using her's for the venue.
We have about 40 people coming for a buffet and drinks!
My mum's a caterer for a living and makes the most gorgeous food but sadly very few things are within the Xenical restrictions!
I want to prove to the family and friends who know that eating at a buffet can be healthy!
I am thinking hot and cold buffet.

Suggestions greatly accpeted!

Well firstly salad, celery sticks and carrot sticks with a healthy dip!! Cold/hot pasta with low fat salad cream, pineapple, ham chunks, sweet corn( mixed together in a bowl) you could get weight watchers pizzas!! You could put out rice/ noodles with sweet and sour chicken or if you can do a low fat curry!! Potato salad with spring onion using low fat dressings again!! Baked potato!! Prawns, crab sticks! Leave slices of chicken out to go with the salad or sliced ham!! Hope this helps abit

Dasvidaniya FAT & FLAB!!
Hi Katy,

Everything that Rach has said, particularly the meats, perhaps have a few joints that can be carved, turkey would be good, or a salmon? Liking the idea of the low fat curry, and I bet your guests wouldn't know it was low fat either!

Hope you have a fabulous time!
