Aw yea i enjoyed my week off but when back to weight watchers last night after over 2 weeks not doing a thingggg (since blackpool) an put 6.5lb on haha so back to square 1 from when i started weigh watcher 3 weeks ago!! o well i had a good time with it and thats the main thing only thing is ive been good today and will continue to be good but im going for a chinese with work tomorrow for a meal for one of me mates birthdays so ive deicded to eat an not drink as alcohol is deffffffo not my friend haha! x

glad you had a good time, alcohols becoming my enemy i put on 6lbs in a week but hey im back on the wagon now!

at least you know you can avoid alcohol, you managed on your mums bday but at least this time you can have yummy food.
