17st 1lb this morning. 4.5lbs off. If only it was this easy all the time. I'm not actually on a diet as such yet just healthy eating and xenical. Slimming world with cheats. I've got to conquer this yoyoing. I know how to lose weight and I know how to put it on but I never maintain. We need to learn how people maintain their weight. Do they calorie count for ever?
