Fat-free fruit yoghurt on 790?

    I have heard tell that we can have fat-free fruit yoghurt on 790.

    However, it contains citric acid :confused:

    Sorry you cannot have anything containing fruit until 1000 cals+.

    Only low fat plain yoghourt substituted for the milk allowance if it isn't used.
