Fat lass cant diet!!!!

Well I fell off wagon big time since getting weighed on Tuesday after being good and putting a pound on, but I'm back on it today and put 4lbs on!!! But I deserve the gain I've eaten everything in sight, here's hoping I can finally get head round it and shift this weight & get to 10 stone at long last.xxxx

Am still struggling tbh, am due TOTM which is making me want to eat everything in site - plus wedding coming up this weekend so sooo much social stuff in the way :( aarrgghh. I'm still counting cals though to try and minimise at least x

Oh I hate totm, it's horrible isn't it, and isn't it annoying that normal enjoyable things the wedding your going to and meals out can make you fail at dieting I hate dieting getting really fed up with it now :-( more fed up with the fact that I can't do it!!!
I've got the new ww propoints plan off my friend I don't know whether to have a look through it properly and try that, I did old points before so don't know much about it, why did you not get on with it I know you said you didn't understand how fruit was free because of all cals in them but was you losing? If so was the losses good? And if I stick to a couple of pieces of fruit a day ( say an apple or satsumas) would that be better than having things like bananas( I can't believe they are free cause they used to be 1 and half pts on old plan), I'm really confused and want to do something I can stick to and get this weight off I'm so fed up :-( xxxx

I lost weight on it when I was sticking to it and got on ok with plan. My problem was how mug fruit I was eating because it was free. It also frustrated me trying to work out the points. It was so time consuming, with their old plan you could pretty much work it out in your head but couldn't at all with the new plan. I suppose I switched because cc seemed like the easiest option. The info is easily available thru MFP and sites like it.

I think I need to get this wedding done with and then give it a real good push again. I'm going to v in august and am still determined I want to be doing it in a size 12.

Have a read thru of the info and see what you think. Tbh tho I don't think there's that much difference when you start working it out. Each point tends to average out to about 40cals x

Hi, yes I thought it looked a bit confusing, think I'm going to stick to cc because it's easier and I can eat anything I want within reason :) and keep counting, I didn't even give 1400 a chance when I said I was going to, so from today think I'm going to do between 1200 &1400 and see how I go.xx
