    Hi all,

Well my fourth weight in was tonight and only another 3lbs gone, same as last week :sigh: Was hoping for more this week but hey ho, its another 3lbs nearer goal!!

I was having a clear out the other day and found some Fat Metaboliser tablets i got from Holland and Barrett last year but dont think i ever tried them.

Should i give them a go or not recommended while on CD??

    What do you all think??

I wouldn't have thought there was much point as dont think there's much fat you're taking in and if they're to break down the fat already in your body then CD is working to do that by you losing weight. Plus whatever is in them might take you out of ketosis.

you are doing great - a 3lb loss is double the amount you would lose on any other diet ...stick at it. :)
