Such a junk food/snacky day today & not many proper meals :(

How did you find this day? because i am wondering whether I should go for more snacky things and eat small but regular things throughout the day instead of meals. Just a thought! :)

I loved this day, i feel like i have eaten lots & probably preferred it to having main meals. I think you should give it a try & see if its for you or not! :)

Yeah I think it sounds like a great idea! Im defenitly going to give it a go! Thats what I love about calorie counting, nothing is ruled out, you just have to have things in moderation! And theres some really low cal food which means you can actually eat quite alot for your 1000 cals! I quite enjoy making home made soup, its realllyyy tasty and so low in calories! I did the cabbage soup diet once! very silly of me! i only lasted to the end of day 3 anyways! But the cabbage soup when blended is actually really yummy and very low cal! would be nice for lunch with some bread and butter! :) xxx

today has been a very snacky day & have sort of merged into one, so no set meal times im afraid!

Will probably snack again a little later!

Just had breakfast, it was amazing! Lots of calories but will fill me up till dinner time! :)

B- Onion bagel (220) cheese spread (30) bacon (100) scrambled egg (100?)

D- Indian! No idea how many calories! Curry sauce, a large chapati & plain boiled rice! eek

Total = 450 + indian! Way over!

Im actually embarassed to write todays food intake as it is just full of junk! but here goes

L - Ham pitta (150) Baked x2 (200) Apples x2 (100)

D- Bacon Bagel (300) Crisps (100) Hot chocolate (40) Half a scone (? Any ideas?)

S- Baked (100)

Total = 990 + scone

Exercise = 50 minutes aqua aerobics
1 hour Ab buster
