And it really is!!! I am determined to change that 't' to a 'b', have tried many times but this time I hope to stay on track and get to target but will need all the help I can get, so here goes with a food diary. If anyone reads this and sees me going wrong please shout out and set me back on the right track I think about 2st loss will make me feel better about myself, but am going to do this in bite size pieces (what other way could it be) so my first mini target is to stay on plan for a whole week, no set thoughts about weight loss this week, just get back in the zone and eat healthy, drink lots and see what happens, At the end of the week I will set my first weight loss target. So It's Sunday, I live in Vienna, Austria, so no shops open today so I am planning and eating with what is available in the house. Breakfast was eggy bread (not sweet) with grilled cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and turkey rashers, plus 1tsp brown sauce so that is half my HEB for the bread and prob 1/2 syn for the brown sauce (should be 1 syn per tablespoon but I only had a teaspoon). Lunch and dinner still to be planned - will be back with an update later.
