Fat to Fab part 2!

Well I'm back in the VLCD world!

After having a good first 6 months last year and losing weight I kind of just got lost for the last part of the year! I don't think Christmas and New Years helped much but I'm back again and I really need to get my butt back into it.

Today is day one, weighing 12 stone

Your goal weight is so low! Just wondering how you chose that weight? Is it a weight you've been before?
