The time has come i've never dieted before but now i'm 19 st 7 i now its time.
Target: 73lbs
Target Time: 36 Weeks for my holiday
So as you can see by my targets im looking to lose 2lbs per week
Routine
Wake Up 8am
Breakfast: Cereal with ss milk or 3 eggs
Cardio: 20 mins running (will be doing 5 mins more each week), 10 pushups increasing 5 every week
Lunch: Tuna w/ 2 slices dry brown bread or Tuna, Pasta, Tomato, Cucumber mixed
Tea: Chicken Breast w/ Brown Rice or Fish w/ Brown Rice
Snack: If i feel a little hungry later on i have a small low fat yogurt
I will be weighing myself monday and will keep this diary updated. After 3 days i feel better finding the cardio a bit easier each day so come monday when i up it i should be able to cope.
I hope i havent bored you and will be looking forward to any help you may have to offer me
