Fatty McBigbum - Feeling rough

Heehee, I love the bars, I'm gutted that I've got none left 'til my next order, just soups and shakes :sigh:

Good luck with the rest of today, I'm only just back on plan after a fun Halloween and Bonfire Night so we should be getting into ketosis about the same time.
 
So far so good today. I've not quite been 100% because of the buy one get two free offer on cheese I got from Tesco yesterday :rolleyes: naughty me, but at least I know it won't affect me getting into ketosis.

I've managed 26 minutes on the Wii Fit and over a litre of water so far. So while my day isn't perfect it isn't bad either.
 
Not bad going! What Wi fit exercise do you like doing? I've not had mine that long and am still trying out some of them, I seem to be totally terrible at anything where you have to stand on one leg! lol.

I have the Wii Fit plus and the one I like most is the marching thing, other than that I'm a big fan of the boxing and step plus =). I don't do any of the Yoga, or muscle stuff, I'm with you, standing on 1 leg and trying to balance is not my kind of thing, I prefer fun bouncy stuff lol. Have you got a favourite yet?

Today didn't end so well, I ate dinner with the kids cos I was feeling cold and miserable, no excuse really, I just jumped off the wagon with both feet. I am feeling really crap about it though so fingers crossed I learn from it and get back on track tomorrow.
 
ahh me too fmbb i done so well all day until dinner time and then i ate too although i did come on today so felt crappy too. lets jump right back on and race to ketosis that should keep us going this weather is hard though its cold enough being on this diet without the freezing temperatures outside too.

with regards to the wii i love the hula hoop, step, and boxing but tbh i havnt been on for a while and the other day i went on quite excited that my weight had dropped loads since last time but the kids had deleted my profile aarrggh, so by the time i made another one my ds who was 1 last week was at my toes and trying to stand on the board with me, its so annoying cos ive got pilates dvds i rally wanna do too but he dont sleep for that long in the day and im usually trying to tidy up abit while hes off then by the time ive done that he usually wakes. i just cant wait til hes a bit bigger and i can get my evening exercise routine back. anyway im on a mission from tomorrow and lets see whos pink first.
 
Oh no! My eldest has just starting using the Wii on her own, if she deleted my profile I think I'd cry... seriously lol.

I have a little girl who turned 1 in September, luckily she sleeps for a good 2 hours in the afternoon, though it feels like 5 minutes. There just aren't enough hours in the day!

I'm no good at the hula hoop! By the time I finish I'm puffing and panting and ready to collapse lol, come to think of it I'm not much better after the boxing, maybe I'm just really out unfit!

Ooh you're on, I'll race ya to the pink hehe. How long does it usually take you?
 
i usually get the taste day 3 but the pink doesnt show up late evening day 3 sometime day 4 morning the problem is ive run out of strips so will let you know when the taste is strong and dont feel hungry. we have to do this i need to get past 85kgs and shed these pounds. good luck hun keep me posted. i wonder who will get the first headache oooh
 
You're right we do need to do this, Christmas is too close to be messing around.

The thought of the headaches is giving me a headache! My OH has had gout since Halloween so we have some uber strong painkillers in (Paramol), I swear they're the best painkiller on the planet, you can't take them for very long though cos they're addictive :O

How much do you need to lose to get to 85kg?

On a slightly random note.... you could try to get your other half to eat cherries (If you can get them this time of year) or drink real cherry juice - it can really help with gout, they help lower the uric acid levels. I have also heard that eating pleanty of apples can help, but not sure if as effective as the cherries?!

(I really am gonna become known as the mad alternative treatment recommender...I guess that that has to top my previous title of water bottle freak!!!)

I read that somewhere, but the closest thing I could find was frozen mixed berries (30% cherries) that I made him eat the day before we went to Alton Towers, he managed to hobble around all day so it must have done him some good. I'm coming to you for all my alternative remedies from now on! lol

I did find some pure cherry juice in the specialist part of Tesco on Monday, but he didn't want to buy it cos he said he was getting better... 2 days later and I'm still doing all the running around while he claims he's in pain >.<
 
i like the supa hula on the wii and also the running. mainly fill half hour doing the 2 of them!
think of the extra exercise you are getting while running around after your other half :D
come on you can do it ;)

ok hun im just finishing off my tea then im gonna get on that wii if ds will let me the other 2 are at school so oh can try and hold ds for me youve defo inspired me.
i think that its hard when youve lost weight as in your mind you think its ok to eat youve done really well but on the other hand your only half way and i dont want to stay this size as its inbetween and my bottoms are still a 16 top 14 so its difficult.
 
I want to go on mine but I'm too cold to move, though it would probably warm me up. I know for a fact the second I get started the boiler repair main will turn up so I'm gonna wait 'til he's been and gone.

You can do it - we can all do it! It's just gonna take some willpower and support x
 
I forgot to mention, I weighed in this morning and I'm exactly the same as I was 2 week ago. Since I've had more off-days than on-days I'm very happy!

Back on track today as promised, that leaves me six weigh ins until Christmas.

I was thinking of changing my Xmas goal but decided sod it, I had a goal in mind and if I smash that goal I'll feel awesome.
