4 egg whites
1 tub quark
2 tbsp sweetner
1 sachet of sugar free jelly mixed with 2 tbsp boiled water to dissolve

Whisk egg whites and sweetner with quark.
Make up jelly and leave to cool, once cooled add quark mix to jelly then put in pots and leave to set in fridge

I think I could definitely be persuaded to try this one, Nicole. Whilst I'm not a jelly fan, I do love mousses.
