Afternoon everyone, back online after a few weeks, yeay! so time for a quick update.
Weight loss now stands at 3stone 3lbs so nearly halfway to my 100lb loss target hoping to get my 3 1/2 stone award in the next 2 or 3 weeks but we will see!
Made the beef and black bean sauce recipe out the new magazine last night and it was delicious so will be making that again.
Some sort of sausage, bean, curried casserole thing for tea tonight, will make it up as I go along.
