I want to be fitter again
Oh here we go again 4th week in a row with only loosing half a pound. I keep telling myself well that is 2 pounds in a month but feeling down about it this evening. My C looked at my food diary and said brilliant just keep going. I have had 1/3 fruit and veg at each mealtime this week and never gone over my syns, drank lots and moved a bit more. Sorry guys just feeling a bit disheartened and wonder how you have pulled yourself out of the small weight loss doldrums:cry:
