By the end of February I'd love to be 14st or under so...

Hiya I would love to join!!

Weighed in last monday at work and was 18 stone 5 lb , I think I have lost a bit since then though. Will weigh in tomorrow morning and let you know.

I will aim for February loss of

14 pounds

I would like to join! I'm currently 18 stone 1lb and getting weighed Tuesday

I am aiming for a steady 2lb loss a week so 8lb for February but if I lost more that would be great :)

I think ive gained a pound but ive eaten nothing bad and did boxing and fighting fit for a hour Monday and a hour Tuesday :( and ive got bootcamp tomorrow and Friday but maybe its cos I went out Saturday night and had a fullll on drinking binge x

I'm not having a good week! Me and my daughter are both ill. And I've been rubbish with food. According to the scales I've stayed the same as Monday though... It could be worse!
