February 100% Challenge - Let's Go!

wooo Mrs V thats fab! that is counted towards the challenge isnt it?

my scales havent budged since thursday:sigh: going to really up my water intake and see if that helps. ive been sampling a whole week of EE this week so perhaps its not going to work out as well for me as greens do:(

Yes, its counted towards the challenge...havent set myself a target though...I suppose if its just for February then I would like to see an 8lb loss in total.
Anything more will be a bonus!

After 24hrs of being sick I'm feeling much better today but still delicate and drained of all energy. Not gone to work to allow myself time to recover properly - I will no doubt have to nurse the kids and hubby through it over the next week so need to be back to full strenght!
I didnt eat anything yesterday - only a few plain digestive biscuits. Today I have have had scrambled egg on toast and again a plain digestive. It has left my tummy feeling a bit funny again so not sure what else I will manage today.
I am worried that when I get my appetite back I will everything in sight!!
Not sure what to expect with WI as obviously I have lost a lot of water over the past day. We'll see!

Awww Edwin...get back to bed and concentrate on getting better Huni!
Make sure that you drink plenty of fluids as you need to have extra salts and minerals in your body even if you're not eating.

Woops! I have been quite bad today! The original plan was to have a nice free spag bol for dinner then go to training. WELL turns out we are going out to dinner for my mums birthday so I had to go to Ikea to get her a cake that she wanted. While I was there I just HAD to have a hot dog! And I weakened at the sight of the foamy mushroom sweets and bought a bag and ate them on the way home! Grrrr sill Tazzy!
 
I WI Wednesday and as of this morning I was at STS. I will try to do gym and swimming AND my MA training tomorrow and see I can redeem it that way!

Are you getting enough to eat Taz? I know you've been doing your training and if you're having sudden cravings you may need to increase your intake of free foods to accommodate.

Today I have greened with:
Breakfast - Baked Polenta
Lunch Jacket Potato with 1oz cheese (HEa) and baked beans
Snacks - Blueberries and an Activia FF Yog, Options (2 syns)
Dinner is Smash Pizza with baked bean, mushroom and mozzarella topping (57g reduced cal HEb)

Going to make a scan bran cake as my other HEb and a few more syns as I feel a bit bunged today (massive overshare - sorry guys lol)

I am eating enough. I'm not getting craving I just hate Ikea but love the hot dogs they do so when ever I go in there I just have to have one! I was good tonight and didn't have dessert!

Well this morning I am still weighing the same as last week so it looks like I might just STS tomorrow :( at least it's not a gain though I suppose!

weighed in today and lost 1.5lb! so happy though i wish i could have done an extra 0.5 to get my half stone though i will get that next week! oh and i am in the next stone bracket as well!:D

My first wi was on Monday. I'm expecting aunty flo this week and I had a terrible weekend so a sts is expected. Really want a loss this week though.
 
Oh I am soooooo bad! Today I went to the gym then went to pick up my friend as I had to take her to the hospital for an appointment. I waited with her then gave her a lift home. So to thank me for helping her she treated me to... KFC!!!! I should have said no, I have WI tomorrow and I have totally screwed it all up this week! Again!!!
 
What is wrong with us this month Taz?!
Terrible weekend but yesterday (EE) I had omlette bacon and beans for brekkie that seen me through to dinner when I had homemade chilli and jacket spud. I also had a mug shot and a muller light, 3 apples and some grapes.

Today I've had a mugshot and a muller light, and again for dinner chilli and jacket spud.
This week is proving to be crap - no in a sw way, just in general.

Edit: Actually yesterday I didn't have jacket spud I had sw chips...
