Sorry I thought I'd posted last week that I lost 2.6 lb, unfortunately this week * and I sts 😢
Seem to be struggling at the minute and feel like I'm not really progressing only lost 3 1/2lb the whole month but it's better than nothing. I'm desperate to get to my 4 stone off which is about another 3-4lb but that's not the end it's just a step along the way 😢

It has been great seeing the weights on a chart. I just wanted to say thank you for doing it.


I wonder if are going to do a March challenge. It would be great but understandable if you decide not too.

Another 2lbs off for me and that's me gone through my target, so really pleased :)
Well done every one this month.
I'm not here for part of March but will hopefully come back in April.

If I hadn't had that gain first week I would have not target. Trouble is I gained 2.1/2lbs first week in March. Oh dear.

Guys you didn't let anyone down. We are all a team and as a team we reached 87% of our target!!
