February challenge - love yourself all over again

Another maintain for me. ? at least it's not a gain. I'm not doing very well this month am I? Lol Giving myself a right kick in the bum this morning!
 
Morning Daz! Maintain for me please. Didn't make my challenge but still creeping in the right direction.....think I have hit a plateau.

Please don't feel that you are taken for granted there are still lots of us who appreciate how much you do! I will report my holiday on the Easter challenge :)

Refocus for the March challenge, same as i have to. Was meant to be at my second target by the 13th, and i still haven't reached my Christmas one, lol.

Oh ignore me, just get a little miffed at people sometimes, and, although i doubt if any of you have noticed really (cough) but on a rare occasion i shall say my piece. lol.

Definitely focused now. I got to 2st loss and got stuck. Only 1.5st to go so need to get moving! Thanks for doing the challenges. :) Good luck on your christmas target lol

No possible comment. haha.

I have got to a tad over 3 stone gone but seems that my body is happy where it is now. Its a damn shame that i am not, makes it a little difficult to get any further down. But, I will not be beaten. :D

I feel your pain, I'm as bad, really struggling big time at the minute, some self inflicted, some not, it's very frustrating :(

Thing is, it wouldn't be so bad if I had been off plan or I knew why I'd gained. But I have been so on it this year it's unbelievable. I got weighed at 4.30 and haven't stopped crying since. Off to bed now to feel sorry for myself rather than boring everyone on here!

Oh no, that makes me sad. It's hard gaining even when you know you've gone off plan but when you know you've been trying so hard it can be difficult to deal with. You have done so well with your weight loss so far xx
 
You almost make me feel like I don't want to update this. ALMOST. 50% of target achieved, only 2 lb short of making it, that's in a 24 day period, the same rate over a year would be a loss of 2 stone 2 and a half lb. Lots of people seem to be struggling at the minute and while I want everyone to lose weight, it's reassuring that I'm not on my own in it, I'm struggling lots this week, gone off the rails three days and feeling disillusioned by diets atm, it's upsetting.

That said, without these challenges and being accountable by checking in on weigh day, I probs would have gone off the rails way more often, so there's always a plus!

i will probably get shot for saying this, but i really am finding that portion control is as effective as anything, and i am currently enjoying foods that are supposedly a no no without any damage. May be worth a look even of only for a week. Look at my blog entry (which i think You have) and you will see what i mean. Take the home brew out of the equation and i think i would have more than likely lost weight.
