W00t! Well that's unexpected but -2lb down for me last week! I say unexpected because I ate an entire roast chicken (no veg or anything) yesterday and finished it off with 3 glasses of red. I still feel really bloated from it. Maybe I'm a bit dehydrated from the wine?
