Awww, we all have feeling rubbish days. But you did something positive!! Dont beat yourself up. One rough day does not make a rough week, or a rough month or a rough life. Try and look at the good side. You went the gym and did an hours exercise to mitigate some of the damage!
Dont be beating yourself up,
an hour in gym will help but be nice to yourself,
maybe long bath,facemask and a magazine or book,
dont focus on your blip.
Aww don't worry. I had a bad night last night, chocolate, wine and baileys! Oopsy! & you've done more than me by going to the gym! So well done for that. I wanted to exercise today but have woken up with tonsillitis.. that must be my bodies way of telling me off for last night!! xx
