Hi all,

I'm really struggling on 100% Cambridge. Feel tired all the time and struggle to concentrate at work. I have 4 packs a day as i'm over 5'7 but still feel hungry at times too. I want to be able to commit to 100 days at least before stepping up as I should have got about 5 stone off by then but i'm finding it a real challenge to keep it up. If I were to move up to sole source plus would I keep losing weight at the same rate?

I might step up to sole source plus or 810 do once i'm under 20 stone :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: which I should be by the end of July. I'll get a taster of sole source plus in week 13...but am a bit worried as I did plus before and found it hard to stick to the portion sizes...found it to be a bit of a trigger and it's what got me off track on my last attempt. Going to try and stick at 100% until then...I have had the odd 'cheat' which I don't really consider cheats like sugar/citric acid free mints and zero drinks which are helping me get through. Don't think i'd have got through without them and they haven't seemed to have affected my weight loss.

Week 13 should be an 810 week as you need to come away from a vlcd for 1 week to be in line with the nice guidelines then straight back to ss!

Give yourself a little more time and your body will adjust. I sometimes find it takes a bit longer for my hunger to go in ss.

Yes Great things is right. The Add A Meal week is 810 not SS+ so the portion sizes are bigger which might help. Did my second one last week and found there was plenty of food.
