    Thursday 13th jan

    Bfast... Mullerlight and grapes

    Lunch... Beans on wholemeal toast (hb)

    Dinner... Casserole using chicken, leeks, carrots, potatoes, swede cubes, oxo cube x2,herbs and Schwartz casserole sachets (4 1/2 syns whole packet)

    Snacks... Teaspoon peanut butter 4 1/2 (ouch) syns and some more grapes

    A- milk
    B- 2x w/meal bread from 400gm loaf!
    Syns- peanut butter - 4 1/2 and casserole sachets 4 1/2 syns
    Total 9 syns

    How does this look? Have I missed anything

    Your breakast looks very light, you should really eat a lot more for breakfast!

    I'd also say that there's no superfree food with your lunch. On Extra Easy you need to have 1/3 superfree food with every meal you have.

    You can snack a lot more, and I find this very helpful for keeping my metabolism going - there's so much free and superfree food to choose from it's ok to snack more often.

    Also, unless you ate the entire casserole, you only need to count the syns for your portion, not the whole packet of mix.

    I would definetly include more superfree food hun. Although your day looks pretty good I'd have abit more fruit as snacks if your not having your superfree food with your meals.

    Thank u for your replys I feel so bloated on slimming world and worry that maybe it's because I've eaten to much! Do u all eat more than me? Maybe I'm worrying for nothing! If I snack on free food do I have to have 1/3 superfree with that also x

    So far today I've had fried new potatoes and cabbage (frylight) with tinned toms and poached egg followed by mullerlight and strawberrys! Is that all ok x
