BREAKFAST: NOTHING

LUNCH: 2 hard boiled eggs, iceburg lettuce, wafer thin ham, 2 tomatoes
2 pieces wholemeal bread HEXB, 1/3 Tin of beans, vegemite.
1 x WW Fruit layered fromage frais (1 SYN)

DINNER: TUNA PASTA BAKE
Tuna, Pasta, Tinned tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Herbs, 1 X Sainsburys Pasta Sauce (2 SYNS as shared between 4 otherwise 8 per jar)
1 x oxo cube, Broccoli, Carrots, Peas, Lettuce, Beetroot & 30 grams cheese (HEXA)
Home made Potato Wedges (no oil).
1 x WW Fruit layered fromage frais (1 SYN)

SNACK: 1 X Bar dark chocolate (7 SYNS) & tea with milk (1 SYN)

LUNCH: 2 Pieces wholemeal bread (HEXB), ham, lettuce, tomato, 1 pack skips 3.5 SYNS
DINNER: Aldi Lamb Shank (3.5 SYNS), bake potato, peas.

SNACK: dark chocolate bar (7 SYNS)

WEDNESDAY 6 MARCH

BREAKFAST: Banana, satsuma, melon, plum, fat free natural yoghurt.
LUNCH: 2 Pieces wholemeal bread (HEXB), ham, lettuce, tomato, 1 pack skips 3.5 SYNS
DINNER: Filled Baked potatoes, tomatoes, sweetcorn, onions, 30gram cheddar cheese, fat free natural yoghurt to soften the potato, baked beans.

HEXA : Milk in tea
SNACKS: Pack of skips (3.5 SYNS), 1/4 dark chocolate bar (2 SYNS)

LOTS OF ALCOHOL (TOO MANY SYNS TO COUNT!) But hubby had a phone call tellng him he had got a job he'd applied for - after 3 years of being out of work we had reason to celebrate so I'm not going to feel too guilty about it! x ;)
 
THURSDAY 7 MARCH

NO BREAKFAST
LUNCH: 2 Pieces wholemeal bread (HEXB), ham, lettuce, tomato, 1 pack skips 3.5 SYNS
DINNER: Macaroni, Sainsburys own brand pasta sauce (2 SYNS 1/4 jar), Lean bacon grilled, Chopped onions & garlic, Tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, dried herbs.
Side salad of lettuce, chopped carrot, mushrooms & chilli.
SNACK: 6 x ryvita original crackerbread, cottage cheese & tomato 6 SYNS.
HEXA: Milk in drinks.

TOTAL SYNS: 11.5

FRIDAY 8 MARCH

BREAKFAST: Cup of tea with dash of milk (1 SYN)

LUNCH: 2 Pieces wholemeal bread (HEXB), ham, lettuce, tomato, 1 pack skips 3.5 SYNS
Piece of melon, 1 x WW Fat free Greek yoghurt Lemon flavour (these are soooo nice!)

DINNER: CAJUN BEAN & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE: 4 X Tesco Healthy choice sausages (4 SYNS), 1/2 knorr stock pot, onion, baked beans, tinned tomatoes, cajun spices, garlic, worcester sauce & 30 grams cheese (HEXA), Home made potato wedges no oil but salt and dried herbs and lettuce and beetroot salad. <<< THIS DINNER WAS LOVELY! WOULD RECCOMEND!

SNACKS: Banana, tangerine, melon, pineapple
3 x Ryvita crackerbread (3 SYNS), cottage cheese, ham, pineapple.

EXERCISE; 6 MINS OF ZUMBA:rolleyes: WOULD LIKED TO HAVE DONE MORE BUT I WAS POOPED! WILL BE DOING SOME EVERYDAY AS I AM SO UNFIT.

SATURDAY 9 MARCH

BREAKFAST: 2 X Plums, 1 orange, 1 meringue nest 2 SYNS.
LUNCH: 2 X wholemeal bread, ham, tomato, 1 pack skips 3.5 SYNS.
DINNER: Sirloin steak, Potato wedges, peppercorn sauce made with Skimmed milk, HEXA and ground pepper.
SNACKS: Pack Skips. 3.5 SYNS.

TOTAL SYNS; 9
 
SUNDAY 10 MARCH

BREAKFAST: no breakfast
LUNCH: 1 pack of skips (3.5 SYNS)
DINNER: Chicken, Loads of veg, bit of gravy, small stuffing ball, wine and chocolates for Mothrs day (LOADS OF SYNS!) AM WRITING TODAY OFF AS A TREAT DAY AS IT WAS MOTHERS DAY!:)
 
MONDAY 11 MARCH (weigh in day 3.5 lb's lost :p)

BREAKFAST: 1 X Hi-fi caramel & chocolate bar 3 SYNS
LUNCH: 2 wholemeal bread, 2 x boiled eggs, lettuce, fat free natural yoghurt mashed into egg, salt and vinegar.
Rice pudding made with almond milk (HEXA), sweetener & nutmeg.
DINNER: SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE; Extra lean mince, dried herbs, garlic, onions, tinned tomatoes, sainsburys own brand pasta sauce 2 SYNS (8 syns for whole jar), pasta, peppers, mushrooms.
