Feel pants :(

Same scales? Same time? Have you been drinking plenty water? Have you started running to the toilet yet? I always find when I start peeing for Britain that's when the weightloss comes. Remember it's not predictable, you can sts then suddenly lose 4/5lbs overnight!!!

My weight didnt move either but today overnight it did.
Just keep on going.
 
Thanks for the messages they have made me feel bit better. I did use different scales. My first WI when i started was on CDC scales and ive just weighed myself on mine.

Ive been drinking 3-4 litres of water a day and doing 30 mins of exercise :(.

Im going on hol on 10th and wanted to lose a bit of weight to look kind of okay in a bikini.

Fingers crossed you are right and ill lose a bit before my week one WI.

:scale:...step away from the scales..lol!
My tip would be to only weigh yourself when you visit your CDC. I know if I weighed myself before and saw nothing or little it would be straight to 'the toast'!
This diet works!! You are drinking your water...so keep going.
