feel really guilty !!

When we are about to go into ketosis our brain tries to trick us into eating as burning fat is hard.

This happens around day 3-4 but some its a day or so after. I think your brain was trying to trick you, and on this occasion it won.

Don't panic just ensure you have all of your packs today.

You may feel a little hungry tomorrow so perhaps split your packs so you get 6 small portions and ensure you have all your water, spread equally throughout the day.:)

You've not gained 5 stone for a start ;) and you know it :D

Everytime you really need something.... ya know what i do.. have an extra pack or a bar... ive had this on a few occasions so far and it saves me from eating crap.

If you dont wanna do the above... just take yourself off to do something totally NON food related.. book/bath or bed lol

Its done gone forget it !!! Do as Linda says tomorrow.

It won't take as long to get back into ketosis because you only have the Jaffa's and the ham to get rid of from your glycogen store.

Plenty water tomorrow and if you get a trick played on you again before you fall for it post on here it really helps the moment pass.

Those damn jaffa cakes - they were also my downfall at about the same time in week 1.
Don't panic. Just move on.

They are clearly the food of the devil sent to tempt us......:)
