Feel so weird after listening to Glenn Harrold....

I did both! It's possible, but only if your mind is in the right place.
It was much more painful to diet and give up smoking though, because I became so much more aware of how much of my emotions and bad thoughts I ran away from!
But the experience of the last few months really made me grow up as a person, especially emotionally, because I HAD to face my problems.

But again... as I said... One NEEDS to be in the right place mentally to do such a drastic step.

I'm OK, but I can't believe that after nearly 6 months I still want one now and again, it's not that strong a feeling and passes very quickly. I suspect I'll always be like this now.
