Hi elaine,
since starting CD i have lost 3 ins from my waist, 3 1/2 ins from my hips 2 inches from my thighs and an inch from my upper arms so all of my clothes look pretty silly, hence the ebay shopping
I will buy direct from the shops when i hit my target.

Thanks for that, i am looking forward to 810, my CDC however said that most of her clients stay on SS til goal, As in a previous thread i now know thats wrong, it was my decision to move to SS+ and i feel to a certain extent that she may try and talk me out of 810 when i get to BMI 25, I will however do what the guidelines say.
