Feeling Crap

I really don't know to be honest, is it not like that in slimming world because when the fruits heated it releases more sugar or a bad type of Sugar or something?

Not sure but maybe just have it as a once a week treat then just incase lol
 
You're not supposed to have too many packs a day where you've changed it significantly (like making the biscuits) because cooking it breaks down the nutrients in it but doing it occasionally is ok. Also any packs you make up are supposed to be consumed within 15 minutes or the nutrients are lost.

oooooooooohhhhhh porridge and bsicuits? what are you guys doing to'me?? lol
Ive definitely got to get some porridge on my next order, my mouth is watering at the htought of it especially the biscuits!
