I was exactly the same the first week I was shaking,dizzy and weak but by day 6 it went I still get a bit light headed..but I can only suggest the same to drink plenty of water..hope u feel better soon
Hiya - I can only agree with the others, and don't try to do too much exercise this week - I felt a bit wobbly at Zumba last night and I'm nearing the end of week 3. Good luck!
trust me you won't feel any hunger or fatique after the first week, in my case it was after the first 4 days because I protected my ketones totally not allowing even toothpaste to go down my throat!
