Feeling so unhealthy, my jeans are tight and im so tired all the time .Started on sw again but at home with the added help of myfitnesspal to keep track of what I'm eating and my exercise and i have set myself a target of 8lb this month. Had 4 good days up to now though It seems harder the older you get the weight just creeps on.(I'm 56) anyone else feel the same? I'm going to thailand at the end of the year and I want to enjoy looking at some slimmer photos of me.
