Tough But Sexy X
Hey lovelies, those of you who have read my diary know that I have had some issues with high potassium in my blood and forced into moving from LLT to Lite!
Its making me miserable, I just want to get to my goal and feel Lite is slowing me down. I know many of you will advise me that its a good learning curve to introduce food back into my life, but all I see is the long term effects on my weightloss. The issue with the potassium does scare me a little if I am honest but desperately want to reach my goal and get onto RTM. My doctor will not allow me to go back onto total as he is not a dietician and cannot say if it is safe in my circumstances.
The thought going through my mind at the moment is that I could still continue with Lite, but maybe as an option purchase some type of bar or shake maybe Exante to have as my 4th pack per day, alternatively I could stretch my 3 packs per day and just not have the meal.
I know this will seem drastic to many of you, but weight has been a massive issue for me for such a long time now that I just feel that I could potential lose faith in this and come off the plan altogether.
I just need some advice, ultimately I know its my decision but hearing some words of wisdom will really help me at the moment. xx
