Exercise 45 minute boot camp
Breakfast: ham, egg, rye bread and tomato
Lunch: tuna and apple salad
Dinner: garlic and chilli prawns, pak choi and quinoa
Snacks: yoghurt rice cakes (3)
Busy at work so didn't really have time to feel hungry! Hungry tonight so in bed early to avoid the fridge!
 
Looks good to me. Welcome to the forum. I have a plan if im hungry during the night. I just have a hot chocolate made with boiling water, It seems to help.

Good tip - thanks! I've also taken to a huge cup of peppermint tea which seems to fill me up a bit.
 
Breakfast: green juice
Lunch: tuna and apple salad
Dinner: boiled egg, asparagus and rye bread
Snacks: berries
Exercise: 45 minute boot camp.

Lunch: twisted Waldorf salad
Dinner: Moroccan meatballs (leftover from Tues)
Snacks: apple, carrots

It's delicious! I do 250ml milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp oats, 1 tsp peanut butter and whizz in a blender. Then a little honey if it needs it. It's actually surprisingly filling!
 
Breakfast yesterday: peanut butter and banana smoothie
Lunch: sushi and blueberries (mr tesco hadn't been!)
Dinner: omelette with sundried tomatoes and spinach
Snacks: chocolate bar (a snickers / don't know what came over me!)
45 minute boot camp exercise and bouncing on the trampoline with the kids.
I'm starting to feel like clothes are a bit looser which is what I tend to go on. I'm also feeling "lighter" somehow and more awake during the day.
 
Plan for today:
Breakfast: pb and banana smoothie
Lunch: twisted Waldorf salad
Dinner: chicken curry (with coconut milk)
Snacks if I need them: carrots and houmous, apple and oatcakes with pb

Also to do today - clean out a couple of kitchen cupboards!

Exercise -
Lots! Swimming with kids followed by 40 mins bike ride, followed by 45 mins HIIT class. Knackered.com now. In bed!
