Lunch: tuna and apple salad
Dinner: garlic and chilli prawns, pak choi and quinoa
Snacks: yoghurt rice cakes (3)
Busy at work so didn't really have time to feel hungry! Hungry tonight so in bed early to avoid the fridge!
