Its going in the right direction, i had a sneeky peak this morning on my scales, whoops, they just jumped under my feet, seems 4 1/2 lbs gone so far in 3 days
Keep going girl cos on my third day in I felt like I was going to die major headache and hunger pains just wanted to retreat to my bed. Can't believe I've come this far it is so worth it. XXXXX
