I've done 7 days 100% was going really well no hunger pangs nothing, So why on earth did I eat an Easter egg, absolutely no idea and now I feel like crap Honestly I just don't understand myself sometimes

I know how hard it can be ive restarted many times but have made it to day 8 today and plan to stick to it this time
